These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RECLAIM Men's Health website located at reclaimmenshealth.ca and all related coaching services offered by Mike Athanassakis ("RECLAIM", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About RECLAIM
RECLAIM Men's Health is a pharmacist-led men's health coaching program operated by Mike Athanassakis, BSc Pharm, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. RECLAIM provides structured lifestyle coaching, health education, and evidence-informed guidance to support men in optimizing their energy, recovery, body composition, and overall health.
Mike Athanassakis is a licensed pharmacist in British Columbia. However, RECLAIM operates exclusively as a health coaching service. Nothing within our website, programs, communications, or sessions constitutes the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or any other regulated health profession within the context of a coaching engagement.
2. Important Health Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully. It defines the nature and limits of the services RECLAIM provides.
RECLAIM is a coaching and health education service. It is not a medical service, clinical service, or substitute for professional medical care. The information, guidance, and coaching provided through RECLAIM are intended for general educational and lifestyle optimization purposes only.
Mike Athanassakis is a licensed pharmacist. However, in his role as a RECLAIM coach, he does not act as your pharmacist, physician, or healthcare provider. No client-pharmacist or patient-provider relationship is established through RECLAIM coaching services.
RECLAIM coaching does not involve the diagnosis of medical conditions, the prescribing or recommending of medications, or the provision of individualized medical advice. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, you should consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before making any changes to your health regimen.
Where coaching sessions or intake reviews identify concerns that may require medical evaluation, you will be advised to seek assessment from an appropriate healthcare provider. RECLAIM does not replace that relationship. It supports it.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency department immediately. Do not attempt to contact RECLAIM in place of emergency services.
By engaging RECLAIM services, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own health decisions and for maintaining an ongoing relationship with a licensed healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
RECLAIM services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual we determine is not an appropriate fit for our coaching program.

Fit call consultations: Complimentary fit calls are provided at no charge and are not subject to any refund provisions.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of your enrollment status.
8. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling in RECLAIM, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the intake and application process
Disclose any known medical conditions, medications, or health circumstances that may be relevant to your coaching
Maintain an ongoing relationship with a licensed healthcare provider for your medical needs
Follow through on agreed commitments and communicate openly if circumstances change
Seek emergency services immediately in any situation that may constitute a medical emergency
Take personal responsibility for all health decisions made in connection with your coaching
RECLAIM reserves the right to terminate services if a client provides materially false information or engages in conduct that is abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with a productive coaching relationship.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared within the coaching relationship is treated with the same professional discretion you would expect from any health-adjacent service. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Client information may be used in anonymized and de-identified form to illustrate general coaching principles or program outcomes. No identifiable information will be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
RECLAIM facilitates access to third-party services including Vitality Blueprint lab testing and Bodycomp DEXA imaging as part of our affiliate partnerships. These services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions. RECLAIM is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, or outcomes of third-party service providers.
Use of third-party services arranged through RECLAIM constitutes your agreement to those providers' terms. We encourage you to review them directly.
